ATHLETE APPLICATION FOR 2021 TEAMS - U14-U18

Due to the fact that we are unable to host open gyms or large drop in tryouts this season, we will be choosing teams based on athlete applications.  Coaches will contact athletes that they would like to make offers to or to invite them to closed tryouts.  We will let all athletes know once a team's roster has been filled. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate through this unique season!
