Located in Edmonton, Alberta, NOOKS Volleyball Club is a non-profit club dedicated to providing the highest quality club experience. We offer each athlete the opportunity to reach their full potential as a volleyball player and a person as they train in a competitive and fun environment with dedicated, qualified coaches.

• Online registration will close 24 hours prior to the first tryout. Please pre-register online in order to speed up gym entry.  
• Cost is $10 per tryout, payable in cash at the gym. 
• A position may be offered by Nooks coaches to a player(s) at any time during tryouts. Athletes  are encouraged to attend tryouts with multiple clubs to have the best opportunity to make a team. Coaches are very understanding that athletes may have to leave early or arrive late due to attending other tryouts.
• Athletes have 48 hours to make a decision once an offer has been made by a club as per Volleyball Alberta policies Don't feel pressured by any club to make a decision to join a team during a tryout. Go to multiple tryouts, meet all of the coaches, see what team/club aligns with your goals for the season, and make your decision accordingly. During that 48 hour window, once you've decided on your team, please let coaches know so they can continue to build their team and make offers.
• Athletes are responsible for registering for the proper age group.  
• NOOKS teams practice in school gyms throughout the city as well as occasional practices in private facilities.
• PLEASE NOTE:   Volleyball Alberta stipulates that all participants trying out for club ball will be required to register with Sportlomo. This is a Volleyball Alberta/Volleyball Canada requirement. If you have Sportlomo questions please direct them to Volleyball Alberta. You may be asked for proof of registration when you attend your first tryout session.  Please register prior to tryouts.
