Nathan is excited to begin a new season with the U14 NOOKS.  A Level 2 Certified Advanced Development coach, Nathan has been coaching Junior High, High School and Club teams for the past 13 years.  Past successes include a 2017 National Championship and Provincial Championship with his U17 Men, a National Silver Medal and Provincial Championship with his U16 NOOKS men in 2016, 2 National Silver Medals with his U15 and U18 2015 mens teams, as well as 5 City Championships and 2 Provincial Championships with Jasper Place High School.  Many of Nathan's young athletes have gone on to play post-secondary volleyball with top University and ACAC teams in Western Canada, as well as representing Canada on the Junior National and Youth National teams, with many more selected to Team Alberta the past 7 summers. Nathan was given the honour of Volleyball Alberta Performance Coach of the Year for 2017 and U16 Volleyball Alberta Coach of the Year in 2015.    Nathan is looking forward to teaching and mentoring his U14's to love the game and can't wait to get back in the gym in 2021!

We are excited to welcome Dani to our coaching team after finishing her U18 year with the NOOKS last season.  Danielle is an accomplished student-athlete who is currently studying at MacEwan University and playing for the Griffins.  She is looking forward to sharing her passion for volleyball with the U14's and having fun in the gym helping her athletes master the fundamentals of volleyball!
